Marco leads the architectural and strategic direction of RENKA. His responsibilities span concept development, planning and design, technical due diligence and authority processes, as well as material and design decisions. He also drives RENKA's positioning, business development and the development of new services and opportunities.
Filip
Project Delivery · Construction · Operations
Implementation · Coordination · Control
Filip leads the technical and operational implementation of RENKA's projects. His responsibilities include construction management, coordination of contractors and specialist planners, procurement and contract coordination. He oversees costs, schedules and quality throughout project delivery and is responsible for technical documentation, quality management and internal project processes.
